This policy explains how HimaTech Company handles personal data connected to visiting the HimaTech website or contacting us. It is written with regard to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations when they apply.

1. Who we are
HimaTech Company is a limited liability company registered in Saudi Arabia under commercial register national number 7051103682 and headquartered in Riyadh. Privacy questions can be sent to info@himatech.sa.
2. Scope
This policy applies to himatech.sa and its Arabic and English pages. It does not govern Hima products or contracted client services, where processing is defined by project agreements, privacy documents and the technical scope for each engagement.
3. Data we may process
The website currently has no account registration or web form. We may process contact information that you choose to send by email, such as your name, organization, role, email address and message content.
Website infrastructure may record technical information needed for security and operation, such as internet protocol address, request time, requested page, browser type and response status.
Your browser stores the chosen language locally on your device. The website also currently loads fonts from Google Fonts, and those services may receive technical information required to deliver fonts under their own policies.
4. Purposes
We use data to answer enquiries, arrange briefings and understand organization needs, operate and protect the website, diagnose faults, meet legal duties and protect the rights of the company and website users.

Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its scope, rights may include being informed, accessing personal data, obtaining it in a clear form, correcting or completing it, requesting destruction where conditions apply, and withdrawing consent when consent is the processing basis. We aim to address requests and complaints directly. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the competent personal data protection authority in Saudi Arabia through its official channels.

The website may link to external organizations. Their own policies and practices apply, and we do not control how they process data.
