Who owns the domain and administration account?
Ownership and access are defined in the agreement, with client control of business assets considered explicitly. The scope identifies the domain and licence owner and delegated operational access.
Can existing messages be migrated?
We assess source and destination providers, data volumes and supported export methods before agreeing what can be migrated and how it will be verified.
Are email subscriptions included?
The proposal distinguishes required licences, external services, implementation and ongoing operations as applicable. A fixed subscription or user count is not assumed.
